Olive Oils, Vinegars and Mustards

Pascale's Kitchen's olive oils are made from freshly picked California olives, stone pressed to preserve every drop of their flavor and nutrition. The infused oils — lemon, basil, blood orange — are pressed together with the olives at harvest, not flavored after the fact, which gives them an intensity and authenticity that infused oils rarely achieve. The vinegars are bottled for Pascale's Kitchen in Santa Ynez, California, from exceptional source ingredients. Together they form the backbone of a Mediterranean kitchen.
