Pascale's Kitchen's Meyer Lemon Marmalade is made in small batches in Santa Barbara using organic Meyer lemons at their seasonal peak, with no preservatives, pectin or additives — just fruit, sugar and slow cooking until the color deepens to a luminous golden amber. The result has a delicate, honeyed quality that sets it apart from a standard lemon marmalade. Spread it over warm scones or sourdough toast, use it to glaze a roasted chicken in its final minutes of cooking, stir it into a cream sauce for fish, or serve it alongside soft cheeses on a cheeseboard.
