Jams, Marmalades, Honey & Granola
Pascale's Kitchen jams, marmalades and preserves are made in small batches in-house in Santa Barbara using organic, locally sourced, seasonal fruit — no preservatives, no pectin, no food coloring, no additives. Just fruit, sugar, and the patience to let them cook slowly until they are exactly right. The recipes draw on a lifetime of making preserves in the French tradition, passed down from Pascale's grandmother Geneviève in the Alps. Each jar is packed with fruit and made to be eaten with pleasure — on toast, stirred into yogurt, alongside a cheese board, or spooned over desserts.
