Lavender & Pink Peppercorn Mix
Pascale's Kitchen's Lavender and Pink Peppercorn Mix is one of the most distinctive blends in the collection — a hand-blended combination of lavender, pink peppercorns, rosemary and thyme that brings a uniquely Provençal character to roasted meats and vegetables. Blended in-house in Santa Barbara, it is particularly beautiful with beef and lamb: combine a tablespoon with olive oil, rub generously over the meat and leave to marinate for at least an hour before roasting. The lavender adds a floral depth that is subtle rather than perfumed, and the pink peppercorns provide a gentle warmth. It also makes a wonderful marinade for roasted root vegetables and cauliflower.
